- Question: What is the main service you provide?
Answer: We produce written materials for a variety of marketing needs, based on study and analysis of your organization and the products or services you sell. - Question: Do you produce web sites, brochures or things like that?
Answer: Yes. We offer clients the choice of using our creative writing services in combination with another provider of graphical services, or we can use our own people for this. - Question: Even though your area of expertise is marcom and technical writing, how can you understand our products like our own people?
Answer: This is probably the question we are asked more than any other and your fears are well understood. However, our completed projects are a result of far more than skilled writing capabilities. The project begins well before we set to work on any writing. If the project is in marketing communications we thoroughly learn the background of the company, the product, the customer, the competition, the problems which the product is supposed to solve and any other related matter required. Wherever possible, we learn how to operate your product or service and we interview you, the client to find out your requirements. By going through this methodical process of analysis and planning, when we finally put pen to paper, we have already acquired an intimate understanding of your organization, your products and how to best handle them. - Question: Do you undertake translations?
Answer: We do translations when they involve a degree of analysis or creative writing as well. We specialize in the creating of our own deliverables based on our analysis of your needs and our creative writing abilities. - Question: What happens if we want to make changes or additions to work produced in the past?
Answer: This should pose no problem. All our deliverables may be changed / enhanced by us or anyone else you choose. The cost of any changes or additions is calculated on the basis of the workload estimated, just as with a brand new item. - Question: What if, at delivery time, your material isn't what we wanted?
Answer: This will not happen because of our stage-by-stage process of advancing through the task. Each stage of the project is presented for your approval at regular pre-arranged stages so you are in constant contact with the work you have ordered. - Question: How long does a project take to complete?
Answer: Each project undergoes careful analysis and is broken down into its constituent components before the main work is begun. This allows us to give you an accurate estimate of the time and cost involved. It also allows us to determine 'landmarks' or specific completion targets which will have to be met on specific dates.
