Highwrite's activities, by definition, entail deep involvement in their client's business including their products, services, plans and strategies. Highwrite recognizes and acknowledges that its access to the trade secrets and confidential or proprietary information of its clients which have not been made available to the public is essential to the performance of its duties under its engagement agreement with the client.

This confidential information includes trade secrets concerning the business and affairs of the client, product specifications, marketing plans, development plans, price lists, customer and supplier lists and business plans.

Highwrite further recognizes and acknowledges that such confidential information is a valuable asset to its clients and, if disclosed to third parties, may cause loss or damage to the client.

The undertaking of this commitment is an express requirement of all Highwrite personnel having access to such proprietary information.
